Is there lodging available at the Yamagata Lodge inside the property?

The Yamagata Lodge is not available for room rentals during the Camporee week.

Where can I stay if I am not planning on camping then?

There are plenty of hotels close to the Summit. You can reserve hotel rooms and come in and out of the Summit every day.

Are there any RV sites in the Summit?

There are places to park cars, and maybe some RV's but preference will be given to cars. RV parks and campgrounds are abundant just outside the summit. As with the hotels, if you need to plug and have full service, it is recommended that you reserve a spot at an RV site for that. You will be able to come in and out to the Summit every day.

Are there any major retailers (Walmart, Home Depot, etc.)?

There are multiple options for Walmart Super Centers, Sam's Club, Home Depot and others in nearby towns like Beckley.
