This weekend Health & Wellness Retreat will offer a new perspective and fresh beginning for those who often get caught up in the stress of life. Set cell phones and obligations aside and take time for prayer, mindfulness, and exercise.
The option to obtain a CPR certification is available for no additional cost.
A sign up sheet for the 2026 Health Retreat Cruise will be available at this event.
The event will culminate with a 5K or 1 mile run/walk. Medals of completion will be presented.
Who should attend: Adults (18 years and up) wanting to improve their physical, mental and spiritual condition.
