Registration Fees
The registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.
$184 Early Bird Discount (NO BOAT RIDE) Available until July 14, 2025
$199 Regular Rate (NO BOAT RIDE) Available July 15, 2025 until August 18, 2025
$225 Late Registration (NO BOAT RIDE) Available August 19, 2025 until August 26, 2025
The price of Early Bird Discount/Regular Rate/Late Registration (NO BOAT RIDE) registrations includes all event materials, lodging, and five vegetarian meals (vegan, dairy-free & gluten-free options available). The boat ride is not included.
$189 Early Bird Discount WITH Boat Ride Available until July 14, 2025
$204 Regular Rate WITH Boat Ride Available July 15, 2025 until August 18, 2025
$230 Late Registration WITH Boat Ride Available August 19, 2025 until August 26, 2025

To Guarantee Your Place
Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through August 26, 2025.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund less $20 processing fee, per registrant, through August 19, 2025. After that date, please substitute someone to attend in your place (please notify the Idaho Conference Office of the substitution).
Tickets are transferrable.

No partial event registration payments will be accepted.

In order to receive a discounted rate, your payment envelope must be postmarked with the date the rate ends.
Special Note
Failure to provide the completed registration page with your contact telephone number will delay the processing of your event registration. If AdventSource is not able to get complete information within three business days of receipt, your registration check or money order will be returned.
Mail-in Registrations
All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon, Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
