- Donation of Resources (Financial or In-Kind)
- We kindly request each organization to contribute resources for delegate use.
- Examples: ministry tools, books, Bible studies, merch, AI tools, notepads, etc.
- Quantity needed: 350–400 of each item.
- These items will be included in registration packages or provided as table handouts.
- Please notify us as soon as possible regarding the specific items your organization will be contributing.
- Booth Details
- Each exhibitor will receive one table (6–8 ft long and 2 ft deep).
- Approx. 12–16 sq. ft. of display space. If you require additional space, please email youth@lakeunion.org after you have registered and signed up.

- 2 minutes of stage time to promote your ministry or organization
