Registration Fees

The general registration fees are per registrant. 

$300 Member Registration (Ages 13+) Available through November 17, 2026

$450 Non-Member Registration (Ages 13+) Available through November 17, 2026

The price of registration includes all-inclusive rates, meals, lodging and event materials.

Additional registration types are available.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund through November 17, 2026. Please substitute someone to attend in your place if you will not be able to participate in this event.

Tickets are transferrable.

Equestrian Training

Equestrian Training is being offered at our 2026 AACP Convention as a pre-session to the Convention. Arrive on Sunday evening so that you are present on Monday and Tuesday for the training. An additional fee for the training is $300 pre-paid directly to Equestrian Management Workshops LLC.

Lifeguard Instructor Certification & Re-certification

Lifeguard Instructor Certification & Re-Certification is being offered at our 2026 AACP Convention as a pre-session to the Convention. Arrive on Sunday evening so that you are present on Monday and throughout the week for the training. An additional fee for the Certification is $465, pre-paid directly to Jannette Queen (Instructor).
