Registration Fees

The registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.

Total cost: $500 (Includes cabin, food, ports of call, T-Shirt, Resources/Materials).
Student portion: $250 per person: Must be paid online by February 16. Students may want to apply for a subsidy from www.bethearc.com.

Partial Student Reservation Fee - Part 1
- $150 Must be paid by March 4.
Partial Student Reservation Fee - Part 2
- $100 Must be paid through March 16 to complete the full $250 fee.

Complete Student Reservation Fee
- $250 full student amount paid up front by March 16.

Note
We have 120 guest reservations for 60 cabins. We can reserve more, but after February 28, prices may increase.

To Guarantee Your Place

Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through March 29, 2026.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund minus a $25 processing fee, per registrant, through March 1, 2026. You may substitute someone to attend in your place after this date if you will not be able to participate.

Tickets are transferable. Please email events@adventsource.org to transfer registration.

Special Note
Failure to provide the completed registration page with your contact telephone number will delay the processing of your event registration. If AdventSource is not able to get complete information within three business days of receipt, your registration check or money order will be returned.
