- Vendor Booths must be set up, staffed and ready to operate according to the event schedule. Tear down begins at 8:00pm and must be completed at 9:30pm.
- The Atlantic Union Conference and the North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their booth area.
- Only one organization/vendor may use each booth space. All vendors must conduct business in their designated booth area only. Non-booth holders may not distribute merchandise or fliers of any kind.

Exhibitor Registration Fees
The exhibitor registration fees are per booth. Please note that all exhibitor booth staff must register for the full event by purchasing an attendee registration fee (in addition to cost per booth), listed below.

Booth Registration due: March 4, 2025
Booth Registration includes one 6 ft. table and table skirt.
Attendee Registration Fees
The attendee registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.

$219 Regular Registration Available November 22, 2024 until December 31, 2024
$229 Late Registration Available January 1, 2025 until March 4, 2025
$150 Sabbath Only Available now until March 4, 2025
The price of attendee registration includes Friday dinner, Sabbath breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday brunch.
Please Note:
It is the responsibility of all exhibitors to obtain all permits, licenses, etc. The Atlantic Union Conference/Festival of the Laity committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale or distribution of materials that may be illegal or considered offensive to others.

Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through March 4, 2025.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund for attendee registration fees minus a $50 processing fee, per registrant, through January 16, 2025. Please substitute someone to attend in your place if you will not be able to participate in this event.
Attendee registration tickets are transferrable.
You may request a refund for booth registration minus a $10 processing fee, per booth, through January 16, 2025. Booth registration is non-transferrable.
