Registration Fees
The registration fees are per person. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.
Early Bird Registration Options Available Through December 19, 2024:
$185 Early Bird Registration (Adult - Ages 13+) - includes registration, 6 meals, special gift and workshop materials
$160 Early Bird Registration (Pathfinder - Ages 10-17) - includes registration, 6 meals, special gift, children’s program and Pathfinder honors & patches
$110 Early Bird Registration (Child - Ages 4-12) - includes registration, 6 meals and children’s program
$500 Family of 4 Camping Package For 2 adults (ages 13+) and 2 children (ages 4-12) - includes camp space, registration, 24 meals, 4 special gifts, workshop materials, and children’s program (Available through December 19, 2024 only)

Please note that purchasing the below lodging options is for the entire room/tent and you will be asked to list your roommates, if any, on the registration form.
$125 Standard Room Reservation (price per room) - Includes 2 Queen sized beds, towels, iron, microwave, mini fridge, and TV

$85 Glamping Tent (price per tent) - A great transition from a cabin to a tent. Each tent will be set up inside of the gymnasium. They will include two twin air mattresses, bedding & pillow, a lantern, a floor mat, access to showers and restrooms in building, shared electricity and access to water
$20 RV Space (price per RV space) - Includes RV slab and hookups
$15 Camp Tent Space (price per tent space) - Includes access to showers and restrooms in building, shared electricity, access to water, and close to the buildings
$5 Wilderness Camping (price per tent space) - Includes a cleared slot for tent near woods

Refund Policy
You may request a refund for the registration types listed below minus a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee until March 18, 2025.

Special Note
Failure to provide the completed registration page with your contact telephone number will delay the processing of your event registration. If AdventSource is not able to get complete information within three business days of receipt, your registration check or money order will be returned.
