The registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.

The price of registration (Early/Late Registration) includes event fees, lodging and meals (Friday-Light Dinner, Saturday-Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Sunday-Breakfast).

The price of registration (Early/Late Registration - Saturday Only) includes Saturday meeting and lunch.
Important Notes:
• Meals provided are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. (All other dietary restrictions, please plan to care for those on your own.)
• No on-site registration. All attendees must register in advance.
• Check-in: Friday, Sept 12 | 4:00–6:00 PM
• Registration Closes: Tuesday, Aug 26, 2025
• Refunds available until Aug 8, minus $40 processing fee.

Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through August 26, 2025 at 11:59pm ET.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund minus a $40 processing fee, per registrant, through August 8, 2025. Tickets are non-transferable.

In order to receive a discounted rate, your payment envelope must be postmarked with the date that rate ends.
Special Note
Failure to provide the completed registration page with your contact telephone number will delay the processing of your event registration. If AdventSource is not able to get complete information within three business days of receipt, your registration check or money order will be returned.
