Registration Fees

The registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.

$99 Early-bird ticket is available until October 2, 2025..

$129 Late ticket is available October 3, until October 7, 2025.

$49 Sabbath Commuter Rate ticket is available until October 2, 2025.

Registration Fee includes:

• 8 meals scheduled - Please make your meal selections within the registration form.
  • Thursday; Supper
  • Friday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper 
  • Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Supper 
  • Sunday: Breakfast
• Commemorative T-shirt
• Event materials

Registration Fees DO NOT include Lodging. 

Lodging and hotel reservations are not included in the registration fee. To make a hotel reservation, please visit the "Lodging" tab at the top of this registration page.

To Guarantee Your Place

Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through October 2, 2025.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund minus a $5 processing fee, per registrant, through September 12, 2025. After that date, please substitute someone to attend in your place.

Tickets are transferable.
