Our Speakers
Curtis Eakins, N.D. is a medical herbalist and naturopath, program developer and author, receiving his education from Trinity College of Natural Health. Furthermore, Curtis spent nine years employeed at Huntsville Hospital in the area of digestion and neurosurgery, assisting surgeons In hundreds of operations. Too, Curtis facilitates a special class at Oakwood University entitled: Botanical Medicine, Non-Drug Therapeutics.
Paula Eakins is a nutritionist, cookbook author, food stylist and plant-based culinary instructor. She receive her Bachelor's and master's degrees from San Francisco State University and Alabama A&M University in the area of Foods and Nutrition. She also taught at Oakwood University in the department of dietetics.
Together, they are the health ministries co-directors for South Central Conference of Seventh-Day Adventist and telecast co-hosts of Abundant Living, a lifestyle medicine/cooking show aired on Three Angels Broadcasting Network for over 28 years.
