Registration Fees

The registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.

$150 Early Registration (Individual) Available now through September 16, 2024

$165 Regular Registration (Individual) Available September 17 through October 15, 2024

$175 Late Registration (Individual) Available October 16 through November 5, 2024

$350 Early Family Rate (2 adults/up to 3 children or 1 adult/up to 4 children) Available now through October 15, 2024

$450 Regular Family Rate (2 adults/up to 3 children or 1 adult/up to 4 children) Available October 16 through November 5, 2024

The price of registration includes all event materials, lodging, and five vegetarian meals (vegan, dairy-free & gluten-free options available).

Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through November 5, 2024.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund less $20 cancellation fee, per registration, through October 15, 2024. After that date, contact Event Coordinator to substitute someone else in your place.

Tickets are transferrable.
