Registration Fees

The registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.

$75 Mandatory Conference Registration (no meals or lodging included) Available now through October 24, 2024

The price of registration includes all event materials. The $75 Mandatory Conference Registration is required to be purchased by all attendees.

Lodging Fees

The lodging fees are per room. You will be asked to list all roommates in that room upon reserving. Lodging fees do not include conference registration.

$438.14 Single Occupancy Lodging (meals included) 1 guest per room only needs to purchase the lodging. Available now through October 24, 2024

$556.66 Double Occupancy Lodging (meals included) 1 guest per room only needs to purchase the lodging. Available now through October 24, 2024

$675.18 Triple Occupancy Lodging (meals included) 1 guest per room only needs to purchase the lodging. Available now through October 24, 2024

$772.12 Quad Occupancy Lodging (meals included) 1 guest per room only needs to purchase the lodging. Available now through October 24, 2024

Please note that the Townhome/Cottage is not offered this year at a discount price. It is available by calling the Arrowwood Resort at (866) 386-5263. The conference registration only is $75 (no meals included).

Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through October 24, 2024.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund for the Mandatory Conference Registration minus a $50 processing fee, per registrant, through September 29, 2024. 

You may request a refund for the Single, Double, Triple, or Quad Occupancy Lodging minus a 15% processing fee through September 29, 2024.

Please substitute someone to attend in your place if you will not be able to participate in this event.

Tickets are transferrable.
