Alan Fadling
Alan writes and speaks as an expert in the challenge of hurry in contemporary life and work and how to overcome it. He consults and coaches leaders and their organizations in the U.S. and around the world, helping them work towards long-term productivity that lasts rather than settling for a quick fix.
Gem Fadling
Gem is a soul care coach who believes that living an unhurried life is possible and it begins with replenishing. She coaches women at the intersection of spiritual leadership and soul care. Gem helps women live and lead from overflow, rather than pouring the last drop of an ever-emptying cup.
David Oceguera
David is the Lead Pastor of Bolingbrook Church, a vibrant, multi-cultural, multi-generational Adventist church in Chicagoland. He is a native of Southern California, where he began his pastoral ministry 18 years ago. He is currently completing his doctoral studies in Leading Organizational Change, where his focus was on the tools and skills pastors and leaders need, to develop resilience and well-being so that they can lead with confidence and joy. David is married to his wonderful wife, Kara, and they have two beautiful little girls, Everly and Elena.
Beverly Sedlacek
Beverly, a seasoned speaker and counselor, received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Andrews University. Her area of expertise is psychiatric nursing, a field she has mastered through years of dedicated study and practice. She recently retired from a thriving private counseling practice, where she counseled hurting people in the areas of trauma, addiction, abuse, dysfunctional family relationships, emotional problems, and financial difficulties. Beverly serves as Clinical Director of Into His Rest Ministries, a Christian counseling ministry, where she conducts intensive weekend retreats with groups of women around the country, speaks at conferences, and writes. Beverly's extensive experience and knowledge are evident in her frequent speaking engagements at churches, workshops, and camp meetings worldwide. She and her husband, David, have written a book and workbook entitled Cleansing the Sanctuary of the Heart: Tools for Emotional Healing. When Beverly speaks, she is transparent about her own journey of healing and invites the courageous to join her in God’s work of restoration and cleansing the sanctuary of our hearts. She is passionate about Jesus, and making Him a living, real Savior for young and old alike. She summarizes her life mission through the text Luke 4:18:
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and the regaining of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
Ivan L. Williams
Ivan Sr. felt a calling from God at the young age of thirteen. He has had a diverse educational and ministerial journey, serving as a congregational pastor, military chaplain, state legislative chaplain, and conference director. He is a lifelong learner with a passion for ministry and service. He is dedicated to giving people hope in Jesus, developing leadership, ensuring ministry relevance, and supporting the fulfillment of the Lord’s mission. He is married to Kathleen, and they have two young adult children, Imani, and Ivan, II. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Leadership, and Ministerial Director of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists.
