RULES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

A participant must be 4 years or older.

Participants between the ages of 4 and 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS / DRESS CODE

• Apparel must be common athletic and acrobatic tops and bottoms. Shorts must be worn with leotards.

• No jean shorts or shorts with buttons or zippers.

• Apparel should not be excessively loose.

• Only approved acrobatic shoes or barefoot on the mats and apparatus.

• No jewelry or watches.

• Hair should be pulled back neatly and securely away from the face so that it stays up.

• No food or gum is allowed in the acrobatic gym area.

REGISTRATION / ATTENDANCE

• Session registration can be done in advance or on arrival.

• Once checked into a session the registration cost is nonrefundable regardless of how long you participate.

LOST / STOLEN ITEMS

• Reiner Wellness Center and Union Acrobatic Program are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please mark your personal items with your name.

RULES / EXPECTATIONS

• Always follow the instructions of the session manager.

• Treat all equipment with care.

• Use kind words with others and with yourself.

• Ask for help when you’re unsure.

• No cursing, swearing, or obscene language.

SAFETY

• Do not try anything new without an appropriate spot.

• Do not spot a skill unless properly trained to do so.

• Do not try any skills in an unsafe environment.

• Do not move any equipment or apparatus without the permission of a session manager.

• Do not use equipment or apparatus other than for what is designed.

• No more than one person on the trampoline at a time.

• Before any move or skill is performed, look around in your immediate area.

Disregard for any of the rules, terms, and conditions may result in denial of participation, dismissal, and/or permanent ban from acrobatic open gym sessions.
