The registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.

$150 Sponsor an Early Bird Kids Congress (Ages 5-12) Available through April 1, 2025 Extended to April 15, 2025

$175 Sponsor a Regular Kids Congress (Ages 5-12) Available April 2, 2025 April 16, 2025 through July 2, 2025

$200 Sponsor Late Kids Congress (Ages 5-12) Available July 3, 2025 through July 30, 2025

The price of Kids Congress registration includes kid's activities, registration package and Saturday night concert.

$150 Sponsor an Add-On 6 Meals Kids Congress (Ages 5-12) Available through July 30, 2025 (Includes Thursday-Saturday breakfast and lunch)

$120 Sponsor an Add-On Universal Studios Kids Congress (Ages 5-12) Available through July 30, 2025 (Includes field trip to Universal Islands of Adventure on Thursday)

The Add-On options are additional costs to add meals and/or Universal Studios to a Kids Congress registration.

$375 Sponsor an Early Bird Delegate UYC Available through April 1, 2025 Extended to April 15, 2025

$425 Sponsor a Regular Delegate UYC Available April 2, 2025 April 16, 2025 through July 2, 2025

$475 Sponsor a Late Delegate UYC Available July 3, 2025 through July 30, 2025

The price of Delegate registration includes 6 meals (Thursday-Saturday breakfast and lunch), all general sessions, event materials, recreational activities, community outreach activities, trip to Universal Studios (field trip to Universal Islands of Adventure on Thursday), and Saturday night concert.

$199 Sponsor an Early Bird Attendee UYC Available through April 1, 2025 April 15, 2025

$249 Sponsor a Regular Attendee UYC Available April 2, 2025 April 16, 2025 through July 30, 2025

The price of Attendee registration includes all general sessions, event materials, recreational activities, community outreach activities, and Saturday Night Concert. Please note that attendee registration does not include meals or a trip to Universal Studios.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for this event. Please substitute someone to attend in your place if you will not be able to participate in this event by contacting AdventSource at (800) 732-7587 or Email.
