    Additional Booth Staff
    Includes entrance to general sessions and Saturday night concert (Exhibit Hall will be open during the concert).

    Exhibit Booth Electric Fees

    $172 Electric for Exhibit Booth - Regular Rate Available until July 20, 2025 at 11:59pm ET

    $275 Electric for Exhibit Booth - Late Rate Available July 21, 2025 until August 5, 2025 at 11:59pm ET

    Thursday, August 14 Exhibit Hall Open 1:00pm-4:00pm

    Friday, August 15 Exhibit Hall Open 9:00am-7:00pm

    Saturday, August 16 Exhibit Hall Open 1:00pm-5:00pm (no sales)

    Exhibit Hall Open 8:00pm-11:30pm

    Sunday, August 17 Exhibitor Move-Out 8:00am-12:00pm

    Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through July 30, 2025.


    Refund Policy

    No refunds will be issued for this event. Additional Booth Staff registrations are transferrable. Please email events@adventsource.org if you would like to transfer an Additional Booth Staff registration.
