Registration Fees
The registration fees are per registrant. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.
$125 Regular Rate Available through August 17, 2025
$135 Late Registration Available August 18 through September 2, 2025
The price of registration includes meals (vegetarian) on Friday night, Sabbath lunch and dinner, and Sunday breakfast.
Breakout Sessions:
After payment, when registering for breakout sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to select up to three—two in the morning (8:45–9:45 a.m. and 9:50–10:50 a.m.) and one in the afternoon (2:00–3:00 p.m.).
Each breakout topic will be offered multiple times throughout the day, allowing everyone a chance to participate in the sessions that interest them most. However, if you choose to attend the Domestic Abuse Training – END IT NOW, please note that this session lasts two hours and spans both morning time slots. In that case, you will only be able to register for one additional breakout in the afternoon. (Please refer to the agenda for full details.)
Young women ages 14–25, be sure to register for the session specifically designed for your age group—and feel free to explore another breakout if you’d like. Our Young Women’s speaker will also host a special Q&A session in the afternoon, as listed in the agenda.

Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource (800) 732-7587. All major credit cards accepted. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through August 26, 2025.
Refund Policy
No refunds. If you cannot attend, please substitute someone to attend in your place.

In order to receive a discounted rate, your payment envelope must be postmarked with the date that rate ends.
Special Note
Failure to provide the completed registration page with your contact telephone number will delay the processing of your event registration. If AdventSource is not able to get complete information within three business days of receipt, your registration check or money order will be returned.

All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon August 26, 2025.
