Registration Fees
The registration fees are per person. Please plan to register early with AdventSource since no registrations will be taken on-site.
$420 Early-bird Attendee December 1, 2025, through February 15, 2026
$450 Regular Attendee February 16, 2026, through March 18, 2026
Guest/Spouse Meal Tickets
Simply add a spouse meal ticket to complete a meal ticket registration for your spouse.
$50 Spouse Banquet Meal December 1, 2025, through March 18, 2026
$45 Spouse Monday Lunch Meal December 1, 2026, through March 18, 2026
$45 Spouse Tuesday Lunch Meal December 1, 2026, through March 18, 2026
To Guarantee Your Place
Please register as soon as possible. You may register online or call AdventSource at (800) 732-7587. AdventSource will process registrations for this event through March 18, 2024. All major credit cards accepted.
Refund Policy
You may request a refund minus a $25 processing fee, per registrant, now through March 4, 2026. You may substitute someone to attend in your place after this date if you are unable to participate. Tickets are transferable. Please email events@adventsource.org to transfer registration.

No partial event registration payments will be accepted.
In order to receive a discounted rate, your payment envelope must be postmarked on or before the date that the rate ends.
Special Note
Failure to provide the completed registration page with your contact telephone number will delay the processing of your event registration. If AdventSource is not able to get complete information within three business days of receipt, your registration check or money order will be returned.

All registrations sent by mail must be received by noon on March 24
